Requirements: Request letter addressed to CAD Dept. Head
Procedure in Availing the Service:| 1. Submit letter indicating the desired training with the schedule and venue it is to be conducted. |
1.1. Receives request letter. 1.2. Forwards request to DH for any action. 1.3. Checks request letter for any action by the DH. 1.4. Informs Urban Agriculture Coordinator of the request. |
