HOW TO REGISTER LIVE BIRTH

Description: This service caters to filing and registration of all registrable documents of birth, judicial decrees and legal instruments updating records on file and keep and preserve them per Administrative Order 1, s. 1993 of Act 3753.

1. Submit accomplished Certificate of Live Birth (COLB).	1.1. Reviews COLB entries according to guidelines.	Fielma Manigbas	7 min.
	1.2. Assigns Registry Number to COLB and forwards COLB for signatory.	Ridolito Ybañez	3 min.
