Requirements: Letter request approved by the Division Head
Procedure in Availing the Service:| 1. Submit letter request to DWUP Division Head. | Receives letter request | Arlene Uy, DWUP receiving clerk | 5 min. |
| 2. Follow up the letter request | Endorses letter request to Division Head for approval | 5 min. | |
| 3. Wait for schedule of the survey | Endorses the approved letter request to the Technical Section staff for the setting of the schedule of the site inspection | 5 min. | |
| 4. Ask for the schedule of the site inspection | Sets the schedule for the site inspection | Michael Masiglat, Technical Section staff | 5 min. |
| 5. Accompany staff during inspection. | Conducts site inspection | 3 days | |
| 6. Waits for the result of the lot survey | Makes a report on the site inspection conducted | 3 - 4 days | |

I would like to pay the lot I have in the city urban housing project. However, I'm still working outside the Philippines and cannot come home for a couple of years.
How can I go about paying it directly to the city accounting from my end? I don't have anyone in Cebu City whom I can give the payment and I would like to pay it directly to the Cebu City accounting.
Also, I could not find any official email addresses here in the website. Hope you can provide one so I can directly contact the DWUP or Cebu City accounting department.

I suggest, you ask the local government of your city where the lot is located.Iin your case, better ask Lapu-Lapu city government and seek help regarding of your concern.
