HOW TO AVAIL PRENATAL CONSULTATION
Description: This service caters to all pregnant women to ensure safe delivery and healthy baby.

Availability: Monday-Friday / 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Duration of the Service: 28 minutes & 30 seconds
Requirement/s: For Previous clients: ECCD card
Procedure in Availing the Service:| 1. Get priority no. and hand in ECCD card | Receives the ECCD card w/ the priority no. | Barangay Health Worker (BHW) | 30 sec. |
| 2. Wait for the no. to be called. | Retrieves the HC records. | 5 min. | |
| 3. Go to the admission area for interview / vital signs. | Gathers data, takes vital signs & logs in information | 3 min. | |
| 4. Proceed to Admission Area | Interviews / assesses client with the ECCD card & maternal record. | PHN | 5 min. |
| 5. Go to the Prenatal room for physical exam/Leopold’s maneuver. | Performs physical examination/ Leopold’s Maneuver & records findings. Orders needed laboratories, prescribes vits/ medicines. Orders Tetanus immunization. Gives health education. | MO/PHM | 10 min. |
| 6. Proceeds to Post Conference area. | Gives TT immunization, deworming , iron supplements, Vit A and health education. | PHN/PHM | 5 min. |
| 7. Ask for the date of the next prenatal visit. |
