Description: This service provides tents to any requesting Cebu City constituents.

3  Location: (1) Office of Hon. Rodrigo A. Abellanosa
                      2nd Floor, Legislative Building, Cebu City Hall

                      (2) Building Maintenance Services
                      Old San Miguel Bodega, MC Briones St., Cebu City (near City Hall)
4  Availability: Monday-Friday / 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
5  Duration of the Service: 30 minutes
6  Requirement/s: Request Letter addressed to Hon. Rodrigo A. Abellanosa; stating:
                                a) Location for delivery & installation of tents/stage;
                                b) Number of tents needed;
                                c) Duration of usage (date when to install & pull-out);
                                d) Contact Person;
                                e) Contact number

7  Procedure in Availing the Service:

It will take...
1. Submit request letter to Councilor Abellanosa’s Office

NOTE: Requests should be made at least one (1) week before date intended for use.
1.1 Calls BMS for confirmation as to availability of tent/stage.
1.2. Provides “request form”.

2. Fill up the “request form” and submit it. 2.1. Verifies the duly filled out form.
2.2. Forwards form to Councilor Abellanosa for signature.
2.3. Gives approved form & advises client to proceed to BMS.
10 min.
3. Proceed to BMS with the approved form and request letter. 3.1. Receives and assesses request.
3.2. Logs request.
Assigned BMS Personnel 10 min.
4. Follow up through phone 2 days before date of use. Answers inquiry. 5 min.
5. Wait for the delivery of tents/stage. Delivers and sets up the tent and/or stage.
