HOW TO REQUEST FOR BUS AND MULTICAB
Description: This service provides airconditioned or non–airconditioned kaoshiung buses. Airconditioned buses may be used for field trips/tours while non-airconditioned buses for burials and beach outings.

Availability: Monday-Friday / 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Duration of the Service: 7 minutes
Requirement/s: Request Letter to concerned councilors stating:
a) Purpose of use
b) Contact Person & number
c) Pick up time & place
Fee/s: Airconditioned bus rental - Php 5,000.00;
Non-airconditioned bus rental - Php 1,400.00 (for use on Mondays-Fridays);
Php 1,700.00 (for use on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays)
Procedure in Availing the Service:
|1. Submit request letter to concerned Councilor’s office.
NOTE: Buses may only be used for locations within the boundaries of Carcar in the south and Danao in the north.
|1.1 Checks availability of vehicle.
1.2. Logs request in the logbook.
1.3. Provides request form.

|2. Fill up the “request form” and submit form.||2.1. Verifies the duly filled out form.
2.2 Forwards form to Councilor Abellanosa for signature.
|3. Follow up through phone 2 days before date of use.||3.1. Answers inquiry.
3.2. Makes a summary report of the request & forwards the same to the dispatching office located at SRP.
|4. Wait for actual date of use.||Proceeds to the location for pick up.||3 min.|
