Description: This service guides you in claiming clamped vehicle in which were illegally parked in line with City Ordinance 1657.

1  Client/s: Owners / Drivers / Operators of clamped vehicles
2  Contact Person/s: Marilou Alferez
                                        Clamping Records In-charge

3  Location: Special Traffic Action Force (STAF)
                       2nd floor, Executive Bldg., Cebu City Hall
4  Availability: Monday-Friday / 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
                           Saturday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
5  Duration of the Service: 1 hour
6  Requirement/s: a) Certification of Registration (C.R.); b) Official Receipt (O.R.) for vehicle already towed; and c) towing fee
6  Fee/s: Payment of Php 500.00 for clamping and pending violation / plus

7  Procedure in Availing the Service:

Follow these steps...
Wait while Person-in-charge...
It will take...
1. Proceed to STAF Office to get data. 1.1. Checks record on logbook
1.2. Gives written data to client
Clamping In-charge 5 min.
2.1. Proceed to TVB, at the Ground Floor, Windows 1 & 2
2.2. Give written data to cashier and pay amount due.
Issue official receipt TVB Cashier 5 min.
3. Go back to STAF Office and present Official Receipt (O.R.). Records payment (OR # and amount paid in the logbook Clamping Record In-charge
4. Go back to Investigation Section. 4.1. Advises clients to go back to where the vehicle is located.
4.2. Dispatches releasing personnel to release clamp.
Clamp releasing personnel 2 min.
5. Proceed to where the vehicle is located. Releasing personnel releases clamp 45 min.
