The delegates are housed by foster families in the city.
The activity aimed at promoting knowledge-sharing, cross-cultural understanding, and people-to-people connection under the bigger framework of sister city relationship between Cebu City, and two European cities such as the Haarlemmermeer City in The Netherlands and the Kortrijk City in Belgium. During their short stay, the group is assisted by the city government of Cebu through its Protocol Office headed by Mr. Rayan Necitas Echevarria.
Meanwhile, the significant happenings for this year is that a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) signing was opted by which the organizers and stakeholders inked an agreement with the Young Heroes for Cebu (YHC) for them to organize the annual event for at least three years starting this year.
