System Description:

WFMS is one of the latest information systems developed by the Management Information and Computer Services (MICS) Department.

It is a windows-based tracking and monitoring intranet application intended to cover the transactions of almost all of city hall offices and departments, both at the city hall executive and legislative buildings and all the off-site city hall offices. Its objective is to provide both the requestor and the decision-makers or managers information as to the document or transaction’s location and status at any given point of time and the responsible person/s involved.
