WFMS is one of the latest information systems developed by the Management Information and Computer Services (MICS) Department.
It is a windows-based tracking and monitoring intranet application intended to cover the transactions of almost all of city hall offices and departments, both at the city hall executive and legislative buildings and all the off-site city hall offices. Its objective is to provide both the requestor and the decision-makers or managers information as to the document or transaction’s location and status at any given point of time and the responsible person/s involved.
It is now be being piloted at MICS starting August 2010 and for roll-out to the City Assessor's Office in January 2011. Other offices and departments will follow upon request.
