System Name: Online Annual Procurement Plan Preparation

System Description:

To be implemented this coming Sept 30, 2010, for all offices and departments of the city government, this Online Annual Procurement Plan Preparation System will create the individual office and department PPMP (Programs and Plans Management Plan) and then consolidated to the Organizational APP.





It uses the eNGAS coding set by COA. It is browser-based and can be used by authorized users only. Developed in ASP.NET and SQL as database. It is planned for integration with PR Quickprint and the BAC IS in the days to come.
