System Description:

This system was developed to automate three of the services of the Office of the Building Official (OBO), an office under the Department of Engineering and Public Works (DEPW). These services are:

1. Issuance of building permit, ancillary permits, accessory permits, occupancy permit and certifications
2. Inclusion of administrative fines, penalties and surcharges
3. Computerization of the obo fees and other charges
4. Generation of reports such as:
   1. monthly status report of violations and revenues collected
   2. daily collection report indicating city government and national government share
   3. monthly report on outstanding and paid account receivables
   4. Preparation of quarterly situational report
