System Name: City Markets Operations System

Project Team: Chenlyn E. Rosales (Team Lead/Systems Analyst), Francis Bernard C. Yu (Programmer)

System Description:

The City Markets Operations System (CMOS) is one of the module of the General Collections System implemented by the Market Operations Division of the City Treasurer's Office.

cmos1

Currently, it runs on a stand-alone basis but with provisions for local area networking when the Point-of-Sales General Collections System gets implemented. CMOS sets up and maintains records of city owned market stalls and their Contract of Lease. Bills or statement of account are prepared from the system which are brought by market collectors at the different markets and referenced in the issuance of official receipts. The Official receipts are manually encoded in the OTF Abstracting System when it reaches the city hall building at the CTO.
