1. Searching for a Business Establishment can be done in two ways - search by using any of the four criteria (Business Name, Street, Building Name, or Dominant Business Activity) and using the Quicksearch feature.

2. When searching for a business establishment using any of the four criteria, an alphabetical list will be displayed. Use the provided links at the bottom of the list to navigate to the rest of the results.

3. To view the business establishment's location on the map, click on the "View the Location of the Business Establishment" button at the bottom of the Business Establishment information.

4. Use the map's toolbar to customize the map view. Available toolbar buttons are "Toggle Map", Zoom In", "Zoom Out", "Zoom to Full Extent", "Back to Last Extent", "Pan", "Identify" and "Print".
