COMMITTEE ON AWARDS

INVITATION TO BID

The City of Cebu invites bidders as service provider for the KASADYA SA SRP on a more or less THIRTY THOUSAND (30,000) square meter vacant lot at the South Road Properties (SRP) from December 1, 2017 to February 28, 2018.

Terms of Reference

  • To manage, operate and provide safe, sanitary and state of the art amenities for an amusement park to include other aspects like stalls (food and trade), various creation of activities like searches and competition, nightly local bands entertainment, concert and brand activation, big and assorted carnival rides.
  • To compensate the City of Cebu 30% of the Entrance Fee, which shall be no less than TWO MILLION FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND (P2,500,000.00) PESOS, exclusive of the 10% amusement tax on the Entrance Fee on the special permit fee, sanitary permit miscellaneous fee, Arkabala and other regulatory fees that will be collected from the facilities.  The Entrance Fee shall be P20.00 on weekdays and P25.00 on weekends, holidays and on days with special events.

Requirements of Service Provider

  1. Track record as organizer and manager of similar projects for at least five (5) years.
  2. Capitalization of at least TEN MILLION (P10,000,000.00) PESOS with business permit.
  3. No pending liabilities with the Cebu City government.
  4. Proposed facilities must be certified as to safety and sanitary.

Public bidding will be through sealed bids.    All bids must be accompanied by a bid bond in the form of Cash or Manager’s Check in an amount equivalent to Ten Percent (10%) of the bid amount.  Bidders bond of all losing bidders shall be returned when the award is concluded.

All particulars relative to the Bid Security, Evaluation of the Bids and Award shall be governed by the pertinent provisions of COA Circular No. 92-386, Rules and Regulations on Supply and Property Management in the Local Governments.

The Committee on Awards will issue Bidding Documents to bidders upon payment of a non-refundable amount of Php 5,000.00 to the Cebu City Treasurer.

The City Government of Cebu assumes no responsibility whatsoever to compensate or indemnify bidder for any expenses incurred in the preparation of their bids.

The City Government of Cebu reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any formalities therein, and to accept the bid which is most advantageous to the government.
