A competent office which can effectively carry the programming of funds to support management for a sound implementation and accomplishment of programs, projects and activities of the agency for a given period.
Budget Office is mandated to provide technical knowledge and actions in the processing of budgetary requirements of the agency to defray financial obligations to the offices, employees, suppliers, NGO’s and other government agencies through effective programming of income and expenditures and accurate and speedy processing of budgetary documents.
To effectively plan the income and expenditures in order to provide the city a well-balanced budget as mandated by law.
