Operational management of the SRP is being handled through a fully-dedicated management office. The SRP Management Office, staffed by highly-qualified professionals, sees to the maintenance of the entire estate’s operational reliability.
The Management Office coordinates and ensures that all services are functioning efficiently and optimally within the estate. The Management Office addresses issues and concerns of locators, particularly as they pertain to the availability of facilities and services.
On a 24/7 basis, the SRP Management Office maintains open lines of communication and coordination with the providers of basic services – water, power, telecommunications and transport and traffic management - to ensure that locators’, residents’ and visitors’ requirements are met. The Management Office staff also ensures that the estate is kept clean and orderly, solid waste and wastewater is properly managed and that security is assured.
