HOW TO AVAIL OF ALTERNATIVE MARKETINGDescription: Volume of farm goods owned by Farmer Associations duly organized by the City Agriculture Department (CAD) are hauled from their location down to established satellite markets at different urban barangays where farmers can sell directly their products to consumers eliminating the existence of middlemen.

Procedure in Availing the Service:
|1. Look for interested farmers (min of 10 & max of 15) within the sitio or adjacent sitios of the barangay.||Rodrigo Englatera (IT Coordinator)|
|2. Inform Tugbong-Tabo Coordinator.||Schedules the meeting for association organization.||1 hour
|3. Follow-up scheduled meeting.||Confirms the schedule agreed upon.||1 hours|
|4. Attend the meeting.
||Facilitates the meeting proper.
|5.1. Identifies urban barangay for satellite market establishment.
5.2. Forwards letter request to brgy. Captain indicating the intention of establishing satellite market.
5.3. Decides together with the council on the specific site for satellite market establishment.
|6. Follow-up Tugbong-Tubo Coordinator for the assigned satellite market at urban barangay.||Informs the association of the area of established satellite market.||1 hour|
|7. Haul farm goods through the dump-truck provided by the government.||Facilitates hauling of farm goods.||1 day|
|8. Display farm products at satellite market as signed to the association.||Monitors the satellite market.||1 day|
