HOW TO REGISTER PET DOGS & CATS

Description: This service is mandated by City Ordinance No. 1802 Section A as a way to eliminate stray animals in the city. It is also a way to monitor the implementation of the city's anti-rabies ordinance.

1  Client/s: Owners of pet dogs and cats (Cebu City)
2  Contact Person/s: Dr. Pilar Romero

3  Location: Department of Veterinary Medicine and Fisheries (DVMF)
                      North Reclamation Area, Cebu City
4  Availability: Monday-Friday / 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
5  Duration of the Service: 9 minutes
6  Fee: Php 150.00 - Registration Fee

7  Procedure in Availing the Service:

Follow these steps...
Wait while Person-in-charge...
Approach...
It will take...
1. Visit DVMF and give details of pet Takes down the details Suzett A. Galinggaling 2 min.
2. Pay registration fee. Issues official receipt of the amount paid CTO Collector assigned to DVMF 2 min.
3. Wait until your pet is vaccinated. Vaccinates the pet Suzette A. Galinggaling 5 min.
4. Get the Certificate of Registration and Collar. Issues the Certificate of Registration and collar As soon as the receipt is presented

Is it okay to surrender unwanted pets even not vaccinated? For example, cats.
Am so happy seeing this site... kay guol kaayo ko nga gipapanglabay lang akong ubang mga iring sa akong igsuon... sakit kaayo judsa akong buot. Mao nakapamguta judko ron.
