Good day,
I would like to request clarification on the ID replacement for senior citizens as advised during the last time the elderly went to get their month financial assistance. If this is true, what are the requirements and procedure? is there a deadline? how long does the process take?
My concern is that my mother who is the senior citizen is not able to sustain prolong standing and heat as most people in her age group. Please advise on the best course of action. Your immediate response is greatly appreciated. Thank you
